Bayteks Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established in 1992. Our company has always given priority to Know-How, Quality and Customer Satisfaction; by these understandings, always gained our rightful place and success in which markets we act by expanding with the new investments and fast grow.

Today, Bayteks owns 7 companies in 4 different markets that makesproduction and marketing with 750 employees.

Since 2003, Bayteks has been in Nonwoven market and makes production in facility that is located at Industrial Zone of Kilis-Turkey with capacity of Spunbond 500 tons/month, SMMS 500 tons/month, Meltblown 120 tons/month. As Bayteks we continue to provide service to our customers with value added solutions together with our 120 employees.

SOCIAL POLICY



Bayteks Textile San. and Tic. Inc. we aim to continue our activities with our employees, our customers and our suppliers in accordance with the requirements, honesty and confidence. In our community consciousness and production facilities, all of our business partners present our company policy, first of all we work in accordance with our laws, our customers production procedures and social standards and invite them to become partners in this understanding.

- Bayteks Textile is as determined by working age laws, and child labor is not allowed to be employed and is not supported.

- Bayteks Textile does not employ the employees of the company under any kind of pressure. All employees are employed under equal conditions and with their own ratios in appropriate positions.

- Bayteks Textile fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary precautions to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel and supports the training facilities and developments and ensures the health and safety.

- The working environment of our employees is equipped with adequate equipment and all kinds of facilities are available for ensuring the basic needs in hygienic conditions.

- Bayteks Textile employees are free to establish collective agreements and unions as well as freedom of all kinds.

- Bayteks Textile employees have the freedom of opinion, belief and do not discriminate on the subjects such as language, religion, race, sex, social class, age and membership of union.

- Bayteks Textile organizes its working hours in accordance with the legislation, does not regularly make overtime and allows its employees one day a week.

- Bayteks Textile wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and no payment is made below the minimum wage.

- In Bayteks Textile, the employees report their requests and complaints through the representatives of the workers and the solutions of these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.

- No employees are disciplined by physical or material discipline rules, and the development of our employees is provided by trainings and instructions.

- Bayteks Textile fulfills its social responsibilities towards environmental pollution and protection of nature and raises its employees in this issue.
